Good practice for healthy employees

300 employees of the Neuen Aargauer Bank AG (NAB) participate at 'Expedition Everbest'.
It was the highlight of a number of activities under the label 'NABalance'.The enterprise shows commitment to the employees and support them for a better health.

Over four weeks in April, stepcounts were being accumulated throughout all HUBER+SUHNER companies as part of this Step Challenge, which really showed just what can be achieved. A total of 1064 employees clocked up well over 160 million steps between them, which is equal to a combined distance of 112,000 kilometres. That is equivalent of 2.8 times around the Equator.

The entire HUBER+SUHNER workforce has managed to clock up over 160 million steps over a four week period. At the rate of one Swiss franc for every 20,000 steps recorded, this yielded a total of SFr. 8,895.--which is being donated to the charity ASPE in Brazil. ASPE enables handicapped children to receive medical treatment.
